What we collect when you apply
Your name, email address, country, the social handles you give us, the link you share as an example, and anything you write in the free-text box. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent, purely to spot one person submitting the form repeatedly.
We do not store your raw IP address, and we do not ask for your date of birth, address, or any payment details on this site.
What we do with it
We read it to decide whether to accept you, and we email you the decision either way. If you are accepted we keep using it to run the working relationship — matching you to an app, sending briefs, and paying you.
We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Who else sees it
Our email provider (Amazon SES) to deliver mail to you, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the form was submitted by a person rather than a bot. If you are accepted and we pay you, whoever processes that payment sees what they need to send it. Nobody else.
Your posts and your numbers
Each post you make in the program gets its own tracked link. We record taps on that link and installs that follow from it. That is measurement of the link, not of you — we do not track your browsing, and we do not receive anything about the people who tap it beyond the fact that a tap or install happened.
How long we keep it
Applications we turn down are kept for twelve months so we recognise you if you apply again, then deleted. If you join the program we keep your records while you are active and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep payment records.
Getting it deleted
Email [email protected] from the address you applied with and ask. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep, and tell you what is left and why.
